My mother launched Harmony Farms - an independent locally owned health food store in 1976. I began my career there in my teens and spent the last 30 years fully immersed in the natural food and supplement industry.

 

After being diagnosed with Addison’s Disease in 2006, I decided to delve deep into advanced natural remedies and health studies.

 

​I am a Certified Herbalist. I am a Certified Enzyme Expert. I am an Aromatherapy Specialist. I have spent much of my time training, learning, and pursuing knowledge in my field. It's my passion.

In 2019, I completed studies to become an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach and am excited about guiding and supporting you on your wellness journey.

Most recently, I completed my certification to become an Iridologist.
